Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the San Antonio Team Behind Cardinal Air Duct San Antonio
We’re a San Antonio crew that spends our days in attics, crawl spaces, and behind dryer units, so we tend to keep introductions short and get back to the truck. What holds this team together is simple: we run professional equipment, we write the price down before we start, and we don’t leave until the before-and-after photos tell the truth. Four of us run the day-to-day in San Antonio, and between us there’s close to 40 years of HVAC and ductwork experience. You’ll know the technician’s name before the door opens, and you’ll probably recognize us the same way every time: uniformed, background-checked, and carrying Rotobrush or Nikro gear instead of a shop-vac we rented that morning.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Omar Haddad, Owner
Omar runs Cardinal Air Duct San Antonio and still shows up on a surprising number of jobs. He’ll explain what a plenum is in the same breath he uses it, then walk you through exactly what the Nikro HEPA unit pulled out of your return so you don’t have to take anyone’s word for it. He started in this trade because he likes systems that can be verified, not sold with adjectives. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is his doing: if the work isn’t right within a year, we come back and correct it at no charge. That is the whole promise, applied to every job, and it is why he insists on written prices handed over before a single duct is touched. When he’s not on a roof in Alamo Heights or crawling under a 1950s pier-and-beam in Monte Vista, he’s usually rebuilding something in his garage that probably didn’t need rebuilding.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus is our lead tech and the guy who trains the newer crew members on Nikro negative-pressure extraction and Abatement Technologies containment setup. He’s been cleaning duct systems in Texas for 14 years, long enough that he has opinions about San Antonio’s caliche dust and how it behaves differently in a Far North attic versus a King William crawl space. Marcus holds current NADCA certification and has seen just about every duct mistake a house can offer, from flex duct crushed by careless cable installers to return plenums that were more mouse highway than airway. He’s known for arriving exactly when The Relay Standard tracking window says he will, and then taking the time to show you the photo proof of what came out. He’s also the reason the truck has a dedicated cooler for water bottles, because San Antonio attics in August do not forgive poor planning.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena handles the heavier HVAC cleaning work and the dryer vent jobs that turn out to be more than expected. She has 11 years in residential services and carries the patience for tricky vent runs, the kind where a 20-foot dryer exhaust takes a hard 90 halfway through and nobody has cleaned it since the Bush administration. Elena is our Abatement Technologies specialist; when containment matters, she is the one setting it up so loosened debris stays in the negative-pressure stream and not in your living room carpet. The detail she repeats most often to customers is simple: if your dryer vent has a bird guard, check it after any storm with 50-plus mile per hour winds, because San Antonio pigeons are persistent and a blocked vent will find a way to tell you. She has a dry sense of humor and a genuine fondness for properly installed rigid duct.
Danny V., Service Coordinator & Apprentice Tech
Danny is the first voice you hear when you call, because we answer with a live person, not a voicemail tree. He came up through apprentice work two years ago and now splits time between the phone and the field, which means when you describe a problem, he actually knows what a flex duct popping loose sounds like. Danny handles scheduling through The Relay Standard system, building the live arrival windows that let you track the truck, and he sends the digital invoice link before we’ve even fully packed up. He’s also the one who makes sure every job has before-and-after photos attached before anyone calls it finished. Danny’s the youngest on the crew and the most particular about equipment presentation, which means the Rotobrush heads get cleaned before they go back in the cases, every single time.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Cardinal Air Duct location is independently owned and operated, but The Relay Visibility Guarantee means San Antonio customers get the same experience whether the call goes to us or another city in the TX network. A live arrival window you can track. Before-and-after photo documentation of the actual work. A digital invoice you can pay from a link. And underneath all that, the standing Cardinal offer: a written price before any work starts, a written guarantee on every repair, and a free second visit if a repair fails. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is not a policy buried in a terms page; it is applied to every booking, without exception. Our crew carries the same standard onto every truck and into every attic, because the tools are only as good as the people running them. In San Antonio, those people are Omar, Marcus, Elena, and Danny, and one of us will be the one knocking.
